The Right to Read Screening

In honor of Black History Month, The Right to Read is offering a free screening of their film online, all day on February 1st. The Right to Read is a documentary film directed by Reading Rainbow’s LeVar Burton that discusses reading deficiencies in the United States and explores the “science of reading.” Reading is described by the filmmakers as the “greatest civil rights issue of our time.” You can access the film by visiting www.therighttoreadfilm.org  on February 1st.
